o Good understanding of computer
systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
o Ability to diagnose and
troubleshoot basic technical issues
o Familiarity with remote desktop
applications and help desk software
o Excellent problem-solving and
o Ability to provide step-by-step
technical help, both written and verbal
o BS degree in Information
Technology, Computer Science, or relevant field
o Additional certification in
Microsoft or similar technologies is a plus
Qualification and Certifications
• Minimum High diploma or a related subject
