·Responsible for the maintenance,
configuration, and reliable Windows Servers (Physical – Virtual Hosts).
·Design, install and configure Active
Directory, DHCP, Site Replication, DNS, and Group Policy configuration.
·Managing Mail services on the G Suite and
Office 365 cloud environment.
·Install and upgrade computer components
and software using WSUS server, manage virtual servers, and integrate
automation processes.
·Communicating and collaborating with a
variety of people, such as clients, vendors, management and Application owners
during the creation and maintenance of a system.
·Administrate Kaspersky Antivirus Servers
through Security Center and manage all tasks (remotely installation, updating
and syncing).
·Troubleshoot hardware and software errors
by running diagnostics, documenting problems and resolutions, prioritizing
problems, and assessing the impact of issues.
·Provide documentation and technical
specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT
infrastructure
·Using Veeam to perform or delegate regular
backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection,
disaster recovery, and failover procedures.
·Lead desktop and helpdesk support efforts,
making sure all desktop applications, workstations, and related equipment
problems are resolved in a timely manner with limited disruptions
·Familiar with SQL databases, networks
(LAN, WAN), and patch management
·Responsible for capacity, storage
planning, and database performance.
Minimum 5+ years of systems engineering/ administration experience in
Microsoft Windows Operating systems
