·Daily work includes using following Ericsson NMS
(ENMs, So EM)
·Support and guide NFM/FO-TX on troubleshooting for
Trouble Tickets related to Transmission.
·Support other team for their E-to-E troubleshooting
(BO-Access, TNOC/SDH, GPON, Cisco)
·Follow up with design team for the transmission
design issues (MW/LB/DCN, SDH/CWO, IPMPLS, and GPON).
·Generate MW performance report and MW
utilization reports through SO-EM if required and take the necessary actions.
·Attend Transmission committees for investigation
and analysis purposes.
·MDT/TCN approval and verifications for transmission
activities.
·Audit transmission network when required.
·Opening/Follow up CSR’s with 3rd line support when
required.
·Configure and install
various network devices and services (e.g., routers, switches)
·Perform network
maintenance and system upgrades including service packs, patches, hot fixes and
configuration change
