·Conduct annual Data Strategy refresh, assessing its performance against
plan and strategic KPIs to update the strategy as needed
·Own the Data Management & BI service portfolio and update services as
required
·Maintain the Data Management & BI capability model and update sourcing
of capabilities as required
·Manage the budget of the Data Management & BI Office’s, and develop
yearly plans for implementation of initiatives while reviewing the actual
spending versus planned
·Set and continuously refresh the performance management framework, conduct
periodic performance reviews based on the defined KPIs, consolidate results
into reports and share them with leadership and relevant stakeholders via
executive dashboards
·Coordinate with Human Capital team to ensure capability building programs
are in place to upskill employees and ensure adequate competencies exist for
successful delivery
